Consider. Since 2016, some 110,000 children have entered the U.S. illegally and been released, along with 200,000 Central American families caught sneaking across the border.
Reflecting its frustration, the White House press office declared:
“We can’t deport them, we can’t separate them, we can’t detain them, we can’t prosecute them. What (the Democrats) want is a radical open-border policy that lets everyone out into the interior of this country with virtually no documentation whatsoever.”

The implication of your suggestion is that we allow them entry.

Militarize the border. Refuse entry to all. Stop the problem at the source.

So many churches have drifted leftward, and as a result constantly prioritize emotions over facts and truth. This leads their pastors and congregations into frequent error, something we are called to guard against. As long as someone gets a “warm fuzzy”, the truth not only doesn’t matter to them, but efforts to reveal the truth seem to be viewed by them as “rude” and “divisive.” Like any other liberals, they just want to live in their imaginary bubble where they can “feel good” about all the good deeds they falsely imagine they are doing.
The evangelical church today needs a lot more John MacArthurs, and a lot less of the endless variety of touchy-feely, hipster, emotion-driven “pastors” that populate the present church landscape. We need a return to sound doctrine, common sense, and discernment.
Churches can’t resist the idea that more people coming here means more people they can potentially convert.

Actually they don’t need to do any conversions - they’re already converted. All they need to do is pass the collection plate.
Why do leftists all of a sudden care about family values and keeping the family together. They never did before.
