Before North Korea’s nuclear capability, that artillery was always the nightmare scenario for Seoul. If North Korea is moving it way, that is a huge step.
I’ve wondered if using tactical nukes would have been necessary to prevent the destruction of Seoul if North Korea ever decided to let loose with that artillery. This is huge. I hope naysayers choke on it.
I think it impossible to destroy those widely-dispersed targets with nukes in mountainous terrain.
Unless we used a lot of nukes, of course.
