Yep. There's something about him... a slightly overfed, somewhat officious know-better-than-you attitude. He reminds me of some Hollywood actor, but I can't quite put my finger on which one. It would be someone who is a flawed character, but whose flaws are revealed later in the plot. Dick Shawn. Wish I could post a picture but I'm really lousy at that.
