I’ve been aware of this case for quite some time and find it very disturbing that there has been no law enforcement intervention in the case.
What do they have to do to this kid to get prosecuted? Rape him in public?
Nah.
Just let the kid try to walk to a park by himself or with a few friends (but no adults) a block or so from his house. Or let him play in his front yard (again w/o adult supervision).
That’s been enough for police visits to parents the past couple of years to discuss how they are neglecting their children.
