Exactly and most times in these situations the cops just come in to clean up the dead and take statements.
true but this is Washington. He will be excoriated by the press and the police. Probably will spend the next twenty years in Jail.
The dead guy had he lived, been caught, convicted, and actually sentenced would have served maybe 3 to 5 years in jail.
