The rally is in MN. I’ll be watching it on RSBN, as well, in my NC home. Just finished getting my garden out. I’m doing 70 varieties of winter squash to see which ones do the best here in the lush mountains. I love keepers that I don’t have to can or freeze.
Oh yeah! I love keepers too! I found a way to keep horseradish through the winter. Everybody here loves their horseradish. After we get the basement fixed, we’ll be able to store more.
