qaz123...You have genius insights! Your post reveals the real nature of the left as they protect their perch at the top of the heap, or, at the top of the ladder after they have removed the rungs so that no one else can challenge them. Think of Harvard and it’s racism against Asians, for example. Is that not, along with the immigration issue, just another spoke in their wheel of dictatorship over the “common” man or “serf.” Everything this small number of exceedingly rich people do is oriented to one thing and that is the wielding of power over this nation through our government. It remains to be seen whether they can actually ruin the country before the majority of people, native and immigrant, realize what they are up to.
Shouldn’t we all find it amazing how they’ve taken over so many aspects of our lives? Education, Judiciary, Government, and now Corporate America. And in so doing, they’ve created laws and policies, out of thin air, to protect and insulate themselves, which is why it’s damn near impossible to hold any accountable. Your analogy about removing the “rungs on the ladder” is perfect. Although they have a lifeline for their buddies and those like them, so they can continue feeding at the trough. When you realize that a government job, especially federal jobs, pay as much or more than their private sector counterparts and they get a pension. That’s only done one way. They’ve taken control and granted themselves decision making power and there’s seemingly nothing we can do about it.
Lots of folks like to credit FDR about the perils of public sector unions, in a speech he made. The speech, or portion thereof, was spot on. However, it was JFK that granted federal employees arbitration rights, which was the catalyst for all the unions.
If people knew just how much waste, fraud and abuse, all legal due to contract stipulations, that federal employees commit, they’d be sick.
