We call this "someone spilled the beans" on the border when a chase ends like this.

Such a tragedy only because the County has to pick up the bill for the helos, autopsies if needed and bury the dead.

In Texas we send in $360 billion a year in taxes to the FERAL Government and only get half back. The other half going to the yankee states who think money grows on trees (Texas trees). Seems the least the POS government can do is reimburse these Counties since it is their responsibility to secure the damn border, but noooo.

We once got 9 people into a Chevy Vega.
Kind of crowded but it was only a 6 mile drive.
We must have been a sight rolling through town in broad daylight.

A Deputy Sheriff fell in behind us halfway and followed to our destination.
He counted us as we piled out, laughed and shook his head.
His only comment was that he expected a couple of us to fall out on the way.

Hey, it was the 70’s in a small town.
Ya had to be there.

When I was in the navy and stationed at NAS Lakehurst NJ in 1986, the base was shut down by hurricane Charlie and we were told to stay in the barracks. So I got 8 sailors in my ‘79 Toyota Corolla and headed to Seaside Heights to watch the hurricane come in. It was a tight fit but we made it.
