Like you, I listen to Rush most days.

Rush has a theory that the entire anti-Trump conspiracy plays to his advantage and he knows it.

On the positive side I think we should think about this:

After all they threw at him, and even considering the horrible way the FBI conspired to help Hillary, she still lost and Trump won.

Moreover, Trump has got a substantial part of his agenda done DESPITE the continued conspiracy and worst-ever FAKE news reporting ever witnessed.

He has survived attempt after attempt, and like the energizer bunny, just keeps on ticking.

Still, he hasn’t had much legislative success. That worries me. The Republicans controlling both Houses should have had a lot more successes by now but have basically blown it and let the democrats out-fox them.

I know they’re all out campaigning now and have little time to take on anything, but the idea they chose Illegal Alien Amnesty as THE one big issue is disgusting and highlights further what’s wrong with them. Because of this, I don’t see them keeping the House, especially if this passes and the President signs it.

Still, I am somewhat amazed at how much Donald Trump has weathered this constant storm.

I am disappointed in how much more he could have accomplished if the GOP-controlled Congress has supported him fully.

We have to take some of the responsibility somewhere along the line. We need to keep the rinos out of the equation if we ever want to get anywhere. We surely can't count on the dems. they hate everything we are about so we need our side to be as conservative as possible and not have divided interests such as: Mccain,Ryan,McConnell, and all the rest of the rinos. Primaries are the big vehicle. If we don't use them to get rid of rinos we have only ourselves to blame.

This election cycle should bring in more American people to the legislature - Ted Cruz will get re-elected in Texas for one. I hope we get more Freedom Caucus American types in the House - Unfortunately the Houston RINOs are not among these. People Like Raul Labrador is what America needs

In two years when Trump runs again he should have coat tails for more Freedom Caucus American types.

And in the mean time we should see another 50-75 Fed. Judges appointed by Trump before his first term is up.

What worries me is that so many think that the GOP wants President Trump to succeed. The GOP haa been anti-Trump since his escalator ride three years ago. True, at first the GOP thought it would be useful and fun to have candidate Trump around to play the buffoon and the foil to JEB! but once the momentum started, the Republicans were tripping over themselves trying to back pedal.

President Trump is a threat not only to the so-called RINOs but to the Republican wing of the UniParty and it will continue to treat him as such.

I listen too, AB, in between phone calls while driving...some questions we may never know the answers to:

Is Q legitimate?

Who is helping PDJT-because he can’t be totally alone in this getting so much done, as the Senate and house are both swampy as is the SES traitors...

It’s funny, Rush won’t mention Q, and won’t totally call house and Senate swamp...

Agreed. The more they piled on his plate, the more venues he visited to be seen by Americans, the more the American Independents, lapsed any party folk got mad. The ideologues on the left can't think outside their education,
I had the same education then spent my 20’s learning outside the box. Thus I can think from both viewpoints. Now the left post-Free Speech Movement lost any claim to intellectual arguments while the Right tapped into Friedman, Rand, Hayek, Von Mises, etc. So within the R side are many intellectuals still. They provide the speeches and opeds to our President. Trump is not an ideolgue but he did read about Capitalism at Wharton, he learned how to think like the average working man in NY, and he is a Patriot like 90% of us who grew up after WWII.

Advantage: Trump.

The left is a boring stiff in a morgue.
