I thought the most important thing in the report was that the IG found it credible that Hillary acted with "gross negligence" by setting up and using her illegal mail server. In other words, she met the legal standard required for prosecution.

So when will she be indicted and put on trial?

By the way, if someone has a link to a PDF of the IG report, I would like to have it. I don't want the usual miserable scribd.com link, I want to download a searchable PDF.
