Video to follow of the chimp who scratches his arse and smells his fingers
It is the name of one of the songs in the album.
VHF stands for very high frequency, and refers to channels 2-13. UHF stands for ultra high frequency, and refers to channels 14-83. UHF channels tended to be not affiliated with the three major networks , and tended to show reruns and old movies.
The TV sets on the ‘50s often didn’t receive UHF channels. So part of the joke about UHF channels is that they didn’t have nearly as big a potential audience, because many TV sets didn’t receive UHF signals.
I cordially invite you to visit the In and Out nearest me in central Texas! The lines are never very long. Unfortunately, they’re having some weird bun issue at the moment, so all the ones in my area have been closed. No buns = no burgers.
(They could totally have stayed open without the buns and temporarily rebranded them as low-carb or Keto burgers. Could’ve sold big to the keto crowd. Why does no one consult me on such matters???)
That’s not a good look for Bouncy. Yikes.
I had no idea they were down there!
For a short time I was north of Houston a bit. Several years ago. Looks like I have to make a trip to Ft. Worth later this year. I’ll have to check if there are any along the way! Thanks!
The Louvre is out for hire. They let the Dan Brown movies get filmed there too. Whatever.
You’re welcome! I don’t think they’ve expanded to the Houston market yet, but there are several in central Texas (including Austin) and there are TONS in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. You will definitely be able to find one when you travel there! Yay!
Beyonce believes in open carry.
Oh terrific! I will FINALLY get to try In and Out.
Here I was regretting not getting off the 405 coming back to Torrance from Long Beach (on the way down too much traffic - the delay would have cost me too much time). In ....... 1996.
Then, didn’t think about it coming back. (smacks forehead)
Dont build it up in your mind too much!
Best things about in n out, the only fast food burger I will/can eat:
The food is straightforward without msg and other fake flavorings (which is why I cant even eat a fry at some of the other places, I react to msg). And In n Out, the food tastes like beef, or potatoes! You can see them peeling and slicing the actual potato and frying it. The shake is real ice cream.
They have cool combos not on the menu. (Lemon up- lemonade+sprite; animal style means covered with more sauce; protein style means lettuce wrap instead of bun)
The people who work there are always competent and friendly. They get the order right 99% of the time. Carls Jr. and McDs are doing very poorly with my sons plain hamburger - they get it wrong 200% of the time lately (meaning the second time, it is also wrong, possibly a language barrier, but I say ONLY THE MEAT AND THE BUN and it just isnt working).
Simple and clean and friendly and good.
Well, I hope I get to try it!
It’s damn good. Not orgasmic good but really, really good. To me, probably the closest to it here in L.A. imho, is Tommy’s (the original 80 year old location at Rampart). Just like In N out, parking is horrible but you can catch a space if you are there around 3 pm.
Cool. I missed out on some of the L.A. places - like Tail O’ the Pup - guess it’s gone now. Or is it back? Maybe a renaissance?
Beverly and Rampart. I ate there once wearing a tux (after the prom).
