Oh, he had such disdain for popular cooks like Deen and Rachel Ray - both of whom are actually good cooks. That Deen’s show jumped the shark is one thing; before that, in her earlier Food Network shows, she was a fabulous baker and cook.
I love the comradery of food, it brings all kinds of people together.
