In a neighborhood just south of Orlando, for years my family used to go to a local place called Dixie Fried Chicken. It had a logo of a chicken dressed as a Confederate soldier. Most meals were cooked to order, with results that put KFC and Popeye’s to shame. Sadly, it closed recently.
Lived in FLA for 2 years. 28 in TX :)
