It seems like Sessions is simply "looking the other way"..

Sessions "seems" like he is looking the other way because he is looking the other way.

He's recused. He said he would recuse at his confirmation hearing, and then he recused in an official memo.

He said he was recusing on all matters in anyway connected to the elections and Hillary.

Are you not aware of this?

Yes, I am aware of that. Hillary will of course get off Scot free.

But does that mean he has recused himself from all FBI matters? Does anyone have any control over the FBI?
