Apparently, the screener did not like my saying the "gifts" should be called "bribes" since there was no prosecution and conviction. I still think they were bribes, and should be called that. I don't know why Mark did not call them bribes.

I am exasperated, because here we have another wave of lawlessness, when nothing ever has been resolved by earlier revelations.
