I think it can be good. Trade DACA for Wall funding but document each and every illegal, then deport them if they don’t cross every ‘t’ on the application. In other words, the Trump Administration can agree to receive DACA applications but can scrutinize them to no end to disapprove the applications.
Give DACA illegals 6 months to get a COMPLETE, FULL, CONFIRMABLE, VERIFIABLE application into the government offices. If one thing is lacking, if the deadline is missed, it’s deportation without appeal.
Mexico must pay for the wall. The $25bn can get it built but over years, Mexicans must pay it back.
Is THIS a good compromise then?
I don’t see anything about ending anchor babies. Also, I am okay with a DACA caca fix, just as long as 99.99% of those that apply fail to be accepted and are returned to their home countries.

Let me guess... “over 10 years”.
I heard reports a few weeks ago (from Politico), that the Trump Administration was seeking to raise the $1.6 billion per year in the 10 year baseline budget, up to $2.5 billion - $25 billion over 10 years.
A net increase of $900 million per year would equal about 60 additional miles of high end urban barrier per year (It has been running about $15 million per mile).
Unless Trump is re-elected in 2020, he will get two more drops of money (FY19 and FY20 budgets) for the border barrier - $3.2 to $5 billion, or about 200 - 350 more miles of really strong barrier. That would be a great help in policing the urban areas, but won’t seal up the border from human smugglers.
