For this bill to become law, it would need 60 senate votes, and odds are it would have to change considerably to achieve that.
The President has stated unequivocally that he will shut down the government if they don’t fund the Wall.
Congress knows by now this President means business.
It wouldn’t get through the Senate unless the Cheap Labor Express decides it’s the best they can do, and would get less after the elections. That would be wise of them though LOL!
Otherwise there’d just be posturing and name-calling.
Mitch has said he wouldn’t bring up any immigration bill... but if the CLE told him to that would be different.
