Horowitz is a DEMOCRAT. And just as Comey pronounced that Hillary didn’t have ‘INTENT’, Horowitz devined that Comey didn’t have political bias. See how that works? Democrats protecting Democrats, deeper than Deep State. Whoever thought Horowitz would have integrity? He’s a DEMOCRAT.
