From what I have had a chance to see the report is blistering. It’s the CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS that are not.

Very good. People running around with their hair on fire. Having meltdowns all over the place. Hissing, spitting, heads spinning around while spewing pea soup. Tantrums all over the floor with crying, kicking and screaming. I’m enjoying it immensely. Thank you for asking.
