Did you not read this?

“2. The Department consider making explicit that, except in situations where the law requires or permits disclosure, an investigating agency cannot publicly announce its recommended charging decision prior to consulting with the Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General, U.S.attorney, or his or her designee, and cannot proceed without the approval of one of these officials.”

We’ve been told over and over and over that the IG can’t bring charges on his own. The report just came out. Now for the next step.

Hopefully there is a next step and sessions won’t just say no wrongdoing no prosecutions

That’s a recommendation on future policy, not a criminal referral. There’s no evidence of any recommendations for criminal referral in this report.

At best, there are a couple recommendations that some might merit a stern talking to from a supervisor or a reprimand placed in someone’s personnel file. In fact, most of the recommendations in the report actually seem to be advice to the deep staters on how to be slicker about getting away with this kind of thing in the future.

Not much of a suprise since Mueller is an Obama toadie himself, so only an idiot would expect him to actually go after his fellow Obama stooges.
