That announcer sounds like he’s about to piss his drawers. Wonder if the five people in North Korea who have TVs are saying to themselves...how come all those people have cars??

TV;s are pretty common, especially in the cities. That’s how they get propaganda out.
The announcer is old school N.Korea....and the big city screens are also showing this..not just the TV’s.
