your larger case theory is tempting to think about but I highly doubt it.
going after Obama, would be the kiss of death for any gov’t worker, sooner or later, the Dems will be back in charge, and we all know how vicious they are to people who “crossed” them.
Now that I’ve scanned the report and watched the coverage of it this reminds me of the bizarre day Comey outlined all Clinton’s crimes and then concluded she shouldn’t be prosecuted.
The disconnect is stunning.
The report was actually full of disclosures damning to the Democrats and demonstrating how the Obama administration willfully weaponized his DOJ and FBI to destroy political opposition and wrongfully excuse misdeeds of political allies. The report shows that these same deiartments and agencies committed compounding crimes to cover their own tracks.
The weird thing is that the report doesn’t hide these crimes - it simply stops short of naming them as crimes!
I’m really not sure at this point what to conclude from all this.
It just seems crazy to suggest that RR and Wrey have the hubris to let the facts of the report get out and yet tell the American people everything is OK.
I’m waiting to hear what Trump has to say.
