A leaked draft of House Speaker Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) amnesty deal confirms Breitbart News’s previous reports detailing how the legislation would not reduce legal immigration levels to the United States, as President Trump and likely voters have demanded.
In a draft of Ryan’s amnesty deal, obtained by Breitbart News, for potentially millions of illegal aliens who qualify for the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, current levels of legal immigration at which the U.S. admits more than one million immigrants a year would continue.

The reality is that this will ring really well in urban areas, votes which will be wasted in the flood. But if they're looking for a way to energize ‘the rest of America’ which Hillary decided to ignore last election cycle, this will do it.
I'd say that Ryan's making a brilliant tactical decision to pull Republicans into voting, but he's just like the rest of the delusional idiots.
Our one single solo hope in all of this is Trump, who's already indicated he's interested in this kind of legislation. So our solo hope is to demand everything we can to make it as unpalatable to liberals as possible. That means ‘the wall’ has to go up. That means extraordinary examination of people from terrorist countries. That means deporting illegals who have committed additional crimes.
Hopefully the chorus of demands will be enough to make liberals imagine they can do this later. Because ultimately, some federal judge is going to write new law to let this apply to every single illegal in the country to prevent ‘discrimination.’
