The National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) has no plans to endorse Corey Stewart, the party's Senate nominee in Virginia, the group's chairman said Wednesday.
"We have a big map, right now we are focused on Florida, North Dakota, Missouri, Indiana. I don’t see Virginia in it," Sen. Cory Gardner (R-Colo.), who leads the Senate GOP campaign arm, told CNN.

I think we all realize that a finite amount of resources need to be spread among numerous states this fall. But, it it stupid to preemptively announce to Democrats that the GOP is willing to sacrifice Virginia.

Good. The less attention the GOPe brings to Stewart, the better his chances. He can use this to his advantage by separating himself from the establishment yahoos wearing the masquerades of conservatism. His support for Trump will endear him to the President, whose cult of personality is far more winning and persuasive than GOP campaign chair. Just imagine the Trump rallies in support of Corey. They will be a thing to behold.
Remind me not to send anything to any national Republican organization.

Yes, I do, and so do my friends. I lived in northern Virginia for 19 years. Cory Stewart is well known. He will lose. Being “Republican” is not enough. Schill for him if you want but lose he will.
