Probably, Republicans view it as unfavorable because it’s a coup attempt based on faked information.
Demorats view it as unfavorable because Trump isn’t impeached yet and there’s no sign that he will be.
The longer this farce goes on, the more it becomes apparent to thinking people what a witch hunt it is.

Mueller is a scumbag who has been illegally leaking and misusing law enforcement powers to destroy the innocent and the hapless since forever.
The Whitey Bulger mess gets a lot of attention.
The 2001 anthrax attacks put Mueller under a lot of political pressure, and like other weak people, he cut a lot of corners in order to “look competent”.
First he persecuted Steven Hatfill and illegally leaked to the media, before admitting he was innocent.
Then Mueller and his goons hounded Bruce Ivins to suicide, declared him “the real anthrax killer” and closed the case.
Even though Ivins was likely innocent as well.
For example, here is a letter from (guess who!) Jerrold Nadler, that documents the problems with the FBI “evidence” against Ivins. This is from the days when liberals didn’t believe Mueller was so “impeccable”.
