I have to reluctantly disagree.
Of the 2,300, there are doubtless some who are not guilty, it's the government making the accusations after all! Government agents make mistakes and exhibit malice, and they are protected from any recourse by the falsely accused, and rewarded for accusing as many as possible.
Only publish the names of those actually convicted for all to see.

I don’t agree with secret courts. it is why we have habeas corpus, to keep secret government courts from happening.
I agree with the names being withheld until convicted. I have a problem with the source. One person at Fox News makes this claim. There is no breakdown of areas where the arrests were made. that would be “basic” information. There is no link to any Gov’t source. Apparently all these people were rounded up and only one person in the USA is privy to the information. Sounds like a false info situation created to scare the Pervs. Maybe some more suicides!
