Should be a quick hearing. Judge asks Defendant to explain why perjury does not apply to a sworn statement made by McCabe in light of another of his sworn statements stating the opposite found in the IG report from Congress. Defendant should not benefit from illegal acts, such as felony perjury. Motion denied. Defendant remanded to custody of the Marshals.
