Sessions defends Rosenstein against Catherine Herridge's report that Rosenstein threatened committee staffers with subpoenas for their phone and email records.

Sessions cites Wray, the DoJ senior ethics attorney and Rosenstein's 28 years as evidence. He ends his statement with "Really."

The topic begins at 0:30 seconds. Do not watch if you have high blood pressure.

Super secret Jeff working for Trump/s.

That was a pitiful display.

He looked scared to death talking to Tucker.

Tucker looked a little scared too. He usually does a good interview. Not this time.

No, he was unusually polite and deferential.

I didn’t watch the interview. If it was me doing the interview, I’d more likely accidentally call Sessions Granny.

Tucker knows Sessions is owned....it was awkward.

Tucker let him slide. Sessions is afraid to go on Hannity or Lou Dobbs. They would both rip him a new one, and he knows it.

President Trump humiliated Jeff Sessions at a packed FEMA briefing last week, which included the VP, the cabinet and Melania herself!

He thanked each cabinet member and went over some of their accomplishments. Except for Jeff Sessions. It was a perfunctory ‘Thank you, Jeff. Thank you very much’, then he moved on. Slam!

Sessions claimed the DoJ is cooperating as best as possible in providing documents to Congress.

I wonder if Trump was watching.

Yet Jeff knows that’s not true. The DOJ is slow-walking everything.

According to Sessions, a Senior "Ethics" Attorney for the DOJ said that nothing happened.

Nothing to see here...move along.

I’m old enough to remember Tucker excoriating Trump over his mean tweets about that rat bastard Jeff Sessions.

Has Tucker pulled his head out yet?

Is that the same Senior Ethics Attorney who cited the wrong regulation that instructed Sessions to recuse himself?

There’s no kidding ourselves, if we ever did, that this deep state is the real deal. They own Sessions, who most of us thought was a good, solid conservative.

He’s had Sessions on once or twice before and bent over backwards to be nice every time.
