Not entirely. Post WWII the Jewish population dropped from 100-150,000 to around 8,000 today. That drop about 60% post Shah. Obviously things didn’t go well under the Mullahs. But yes, some Jews choose to live there, and Iran allows it. Which isn’t true of most of the Sunni countries.
