Shortened title.
Full title: UST IN: Rosenstein Threatened to Subpoena Emails, Phone Records of Nunes and House Intel if They Didnt Stop Investigation
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein threatened to subpoena emails, phone records and other documents of Republican lawmakers on the House Intel Committee back in January, confirming previous reports.
Fox News Catherine Herridge reported:
The emails memorialized a January 2018 closed-door meeting involving senior FBI and Justice Department officials as well as members of the House Intelligence Committee. The account claimed Rosenstein threatened to turn the tables on the committees inquiries regarding the Russia probe.

evidently, neither is Sessions!
All the better.
But Rosenstein just put himself in a precarious situation. If he does follow through with his threat I believe Trump has indisputable cause for firing Rosenstein.
That is like me walking into my bosses office and telling him: I have just given myself a promotion and youre fired.
No, and I forget where I found it. Probably off Reddit/greatawakening
Sessions is on this in the good way.
Be patient.
But he won’t allow the FBI agent who know about Flynn’s fraudulent guilty plea to testify.

Q recently put RR in a triple kill box (actually it may have been a quadruple kill box).
Are you Qish?
The problem is the minute he does that, Rosenstein or whoever will immediately run to a friendly federal court and somehow have his constitutional action blocked. Trump needs 5 votes guaranteed on the USSC for much of the swamp cleaning actions he has to do. He doesn’t have that yet.
“Q: TRUST SESSIONS”
You bet your ass I do.
The press conference where Sessions and Trump come out all smiles will make my decade.
“You thought I hated him”.....
THIS IS NOT the ‘checks & balances’ as envisioned by the Founders. Instead it more smacks of violations of the 4th [unreasonable search & seizure] & 5th Amendments [immunity against self incrimination] (US Constitution Bill of Rights). It also smacks of an act of attainder by the executive branch, a power not given to them under the US Constitution.
Rosenstein was a George W. Bush appointed US Attorney for the Maryland district at the time of the inauguration; he was not in the DOJ top hierarchy. He was actively nominated by President Trump for the Deputy AG job in early Feb 2017. When there was a mass firing of US Attorneys in March 2017, Rosenstein was excluded from that as his nomination for DAG was still pending. He was thought to be a good Republican law and order guy. As they say: mistakes were made ...
Why is this freak Rosenstein being allowed to crap on the People’s House?
Rosenstein was not a holdover from the Obama DOJ; he was hired to replace DAG Sally Yates after President Trump fired her for insubordination after she refused a lawful order.
Then we may as well take our ball and go home, we don’t have a country anymore. I say it doesn’t need to be that way.
Sessions is on this in the good way.
Prove it.

The game ain’t over!
It appears Rosenstien is Sessions best pal in the DOJ.
President Trump has lent the seditious plotters all the rope they need to hang themselves. Rod Rosenstein is not the big fish, so I'm not worried about immediate arrests; the net will get them all when it closes.
In the end it will be interesting to see who were the "cooperating witnesses." My money says Lisa Page and Peter Strzok sang like birds when confronted with their mountain of incriminating texts, and I'm sure there are more...
