This asshat has jumped the shark with this. BTW, it is filed to forestall his having to provide the basis for his indictment on the 13 individuals. So, he comes forth with an exparte finding of continued obstruction in elections. So, how does something going on now have impact on what happened with the election of 2016? Answer, it does not. It is superfluous to the indictment and the judge should toss him in the pokey for wasting the courts time.

That is what I was thinking. Imagine charging someone for selling drugs in 2016 and arguing that you don’t have to provide evidence because drugs are being sold in 2018.
