Whether or not there are natural ways to stimulate growth depends entirely on whether or not there is damage to more than one part of the hypothalamus and the endocrine system.

medical/HGH supplementation approach is a canoe, I offer a boat - an effective way that would quickly help the body (hypothalamus and related system in this case) heal itself and fuction properly which can thengo about it’s work to help height (which was the main complaint the original poster mentioned) but also whatever other things regulated by hypothalamus & endocrine system. We just should remember our medical science is not God, it’s a business with some noble and some not so noble purposes. Many people look to doctors and specialists as “god” to help them some doctors are godly in their approach and some don’t allow God into their work and just push what they know from training.
