The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) claimed they did all they needed to regarding their search for a former officials communications with members of Hillary Clintons campaign, but a federal judge disagreed. A ruling in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit brought by watchdog group Judicial Watch stated that the DOJs declaration that discussed their efforts was incomplete in several respects.
U.S. District Court Judge Dabney L. Friedrics ruling was the latest step in the FOIA lawsuit, where Judicial Watch is seeking emails between Obama-era DOJ official Peter Kadzik and former Clinton campaign chair John Podesta, emails between Kadzik and other Clinton campaign members, and emails to or from non-government employees that discussed Clintons use of a non-government email account for official business.

Thank you Judical Watch for not quitting”””
Times 300 million THANK YOU
I certainly hope that Obama’s name is on at least ONE of those 35,000 ++ sealed indictments that are awaiting exposure.
Thank you Judical Watch for not quitting
Unfortunately, the same thing can be sarcastically said about Sessions.
At least JW fights the good fight. Sessions, not so much!
Maybe Judicial Watch could teach congress how to do it’s job, namely oversight.
We know from todays Q posts that BHO was on the phone with LL and BC during the PHX tarmac meeting. NSA has recording. Ol Rod R knew all along. Say goodnight, Rob.
Amen to that...
Obama and Deep State liars are due for a reckoning...
..what’s more, I’m sensing some judges are sick and tired of being spit on by the DoJ. If they go to far, with the wrong judge hellfire will rain down.
Was it a silent pardon? I’ve never heard of such a thing. But really. Did BO pardon Hillary, or did he skirt laws in some other way?
Just speculating through the beginning of a migraine. So my brain isn’t functioning at its sharpest. hah
Scalia was chilling on judges having the federal government and its closest friends on their docket as defendants. Don't fool yourself.
Take a bunch of potassium supplements. Works for me. Good luck.
Hadn’t thought of that. Perhaps that was the plan: Pardon her as he went out the door to remove the “cloud”. “They never thought she was going to loose!”
I hope the migraine has a speedy end.
I know all too well what those are like.
JW > SJW
I honestly don't understand this.
The DOJ is under the Executive Branch and the President is the chief executive.
Their boss.
They are pissing on DJT's shoes and telling him it's raining.
Of course they did. They’re above the law. Just ask them.
