President Trump was correct when he recently said that he has been preparing for the North Korea summit his entire life. In fact, there is video evidence to prove it.
On Friday the President said –
President Donald Trump expressed confidence Friday that he is fully prepared for his planned summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, but with only days to go until the historic event, Democrats and experts still have reservations about his negotiating strategy.
“I always believe in preparation, but I’ve been preparing all my life,”

This should dissipate any NK notion that President Trump just cooked up this issue for current domestic political issues. He was serious when he said it in 1999, and he’s serious today. Negotiate a real, enforceable deal or face the consequences. The Little Rocket Man can become the face of a newly prosperous NK, or he can hide in a cave the rest of his life (which will likely be as short as Saddam Hussein’s).
Agreed. Though sometimes I watch these videos and lament how many years were wasted with so many stupid decisions made on the part of our leaders. We are in a good position to negotiate right now...but weakened from before. Other countries, like China and Russia get to dictate some of our actions as they are a lot stronger today than before.

:) A good word indeed. Korean War vets in particular deserve many thanks. Wish younger generations of South Koreans were more appreciative. Hopefully the history of what’s unfolded up to this point will be clearer for the world as time goes on.

So much for not being prepared. He’s been preparing for decades.
Watching it reminded me of the moon landing.
