“The former [e-verify] is fascism.

is it “fascism” to require driver licenses?

is it “fascism” to require vehicle licenses?

is it “fascism” to require photo ID to get on an airplane?

is it “fascism” to require photo ID to vote?

is it “fascism” to require employers to require that workers provide social security numbers in order that Fed income tax be withheld and paid to the FedGov?

is it “fascism” to require verification of citizenship to register to vote?

if not, then why is requiring employers to use e-verify “fascism”?

if so, then what is your definition of “fascism”?

None of those things are fascism because they are not “over-regulation”. It would be fascist to require a drivers license to drive a car on your own property.
