There was a similar story to this a year ago out of Connecticut with a black male transie winning races against girls. Wonder if it’s the same person. But the state has had a year to consider this so I guess they’re fine with it.

Yep, the second place finisher this year, Andraya Yearwood, was winning state championships last year.
