Correct. McCabe was recommended for indictment. I don’t know how long it takes from the IG recommendation, to a actual indictment.
Action was already taken against Comey and McCabe. More action seems highly unlikely based on the release of the IG report.
Note that a lot of Clinton-related stuff took place under FBI Deputy Director Mark Giuliano. We’ll see if the IG report implicates him.
