New trial dates were set Thursday for six bikers in the Twin Peaks trial.
Two of the six bikers, Richard Lockhart and Marcus Pilkington, did not show up. Lockhart did not attend due to his attorney being out of the country and Pilkingtons attorney recently filed a motion to quash and object his re-indictment.
The trial dates are below:
Reginald Whethers: Feb. 25, 2019
Marshall Mitchell: Feb. 25, 2019
Richard Cantu: March 25, 2019.
A fourth biker who showed up, David Martinez asked for a trial date in April or May 2019. However, the judge has not decided if a date in those months will work.
And the morons who live in Whacko are still silent about what this travesty is doing to their crappy city and to McLennan County! I am just waiting for the civil rights lawsuits to fall on Whacko from some of the unjustly accused here. I will toast the day that Wacko is renamed by it’s “new owners” and the name is changes to Bandidocossackville!
It would seem rural areas fear large motorcycle gangs and think any work done to minimize their potentially illegal deeds is warranted.
I understand that, but this was very mishandled.
My area is more rural than waco.
Motorcycles are common here even though we have fewer people.
Waco has always been full of nutburgers, that is why it has been the site of not one but two of these sorts of incidents.
Thanks Elderberry. Been pretty quiet for a while.
Yeah, “nutburgers” who object to two biker gangs having a shootout with each other in public on a Sunday afternoon.
It takes an extreme nutburger to categorize a political meeting open to the public as the planned site of a gang war.
Of course we have always had people who think exactly exactly as you do in every detail. During prohibition your doppelgangers wanted Catholics rounded up en mass because Mafiosos were attending mass at the cathedrals.
Same thinking, same nutburgers, so don’t feel alone.
Coming up next...Dindu Nuffins, the white bread edition!
Thanks for info
