About 4 years ago Bourdain came to Asheville to do a show. The local paper treated it like the second coming of Christ.
Yes, recall the drop referring to the suicide. But I doubt that Q is “allowing” it to happen. He/they just figured it would. Seriously doubt that Q would encourage such behavior or be involved in making such a decision.
