She must be a hard drinker and have a high tolerance. 0.422 would literally kill a lot of people.
And what's the deal with slagging the victim as a "white supremacist"? The victim could have just as easily been an mother and child, or a gay person, whoever.
It's not, they only put that in the story to generate sympathy for her, you know it's not like she killed anyone of value to society, the victim was just a lowly White Supremacist. So actually she did a good thing.
That last part was sarcasm, don't you know.
Seems God may be at work. A racist and substance abuse in one more.

You bet, she's a hard core alkie. Yes, .4 BAC is generally considered lethal, especially for a smaller person like a woman. Further, most normal drinkers could never get that high - they generally pass out between .15 and .20 The only time I've heard of a normal female drinker getting that drunk was when a local bar had a "shots" contest on secretary night with a prize going to the person who could drink the most shots back to back in a set time. Several women got to .4 because they drank the alcohol so fast they had done the deed before the alcohol had a chance to be absorbed into the system. They both passed out in the parking lot and had to be rushed to the hospital. (yes, there were multiple lawsuits and the bar was shut down) The woman in this story has built up a MAJOR tolerance to alcohol. She will have to be weaned off because making her go cold turkey would probably kill her.
Blaming the victim, no other excuse for the headline.
Mabye a couple of keybumps of cocaine before getting on the road?
CDC is advocationg for 0.05.
In Sweden it is 0.01
Exactly.
She’s a beast. She must’ve been doing shots of tequila.
She can beat the charges. All she has to do is tell the judge that she identifies as a black person and they’ll let her go.
Hehehe. Sounds like voice of experience. Dunno that many who never "partook" know much about that. d;^)
Witnessed it, never did it. They seemed to be pretty open about it and believed it would clear them up for going on the road. Don’t know if it ever helped any of them.
