I think the FBI is slow-walking the IG report to try to release it in time for the Trump-Kim meeting in Singapore, so the MSM can embarrass President Trump with insulting questions while he's standing next to Kim.

They want to belittle Trump and steal his thunder while he's standing next to the most tyrannical world leader on Earth.
