It will be vetoed.
But why is the GOPe invested in such stupidity? It may please their donors, but it will PO many voters to the extent where they will lose their position.
The reason for this is the vindictiveness of the bought and paid for “ retiring” Republicans who are being forced out of their cushy jobs this fall for their feckless and corrupt behavior.
They are going to try to ram through as much of their agenda as possible before the are gone regardless of the damage it does to the Republican Party or the country
If they can’t have it, no one can and besides, they need to start thinking about their lucrative retirements as lobbyists
