The standard answer should be....oh crap, my aid destroyed it with a hammer. And then watch the outrage. Lol
Comey needs to be investigated.
His personal and business phones and computers need to be seized.
Hes dirty and is colluding with bad actors to undermine a legitimately elected President.
Is this even legal?
If he asked for my personal phone-—he would get my 40++ y/o Princess phone. That is all I have.
He’s welcome to examine mine. All he’ll find are texts that say “Mueller is an asshole”, “Mueller is an imbecile”, “Mueller is an turd-blossom”, etc...
If the phones' owners don't recall making all those phone calls to the Kremlin, then hello perjury trap.
Of course, the owners could contest their guilt in court, to see whether they or the United States Department of Justice have deeper pockets to pay lawyers.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
What a bunch of effing tards!
It’s a trap.
Anyone destroying their phone gets prosecuted for obstruction of justice....even or especially if they didn’t do anything else that might be construed as prosecutable.
I do not believe our founding fathers ever envisioned a special counsel. Hell, many of them were lawyer types also. I firmly believe they felt Congress would do their jobs as opposed to being on the federal employees retirement system and their AFGE union insurance.
