Jmo, but it would be hard to rise to the #3 at DOJ and not be swampish. Otoh, Rosenstein, Sessions’ bff, is on a Trump-hate tear of ominous proportions. Odds are nearly 100% that we’d have seen nothing remotely comparable from Brand.
