The US Senate has arrested senators and brought them to the Senate floor to achieve a quorum to do business. The last time was Sen. Robert Packwood in 1988.
A Senate quorum is 51 members.

Well this should be fun. Any recourse if they leave anyway? If the 'Rats go on vacay, Turtleface can still hold confirmation votes on judicial (etc) appointees ... Send him another bottle of bourbon. Maybe he'll find some courage in it.

Yes, of course. The remainder of congress will get more work done (as long as there is a quorum present) with the obstructionists absnt.

Let them leave. As long as there is a quorum the Senate can continue to do business. Even better if many of them left.
