Um, I don’t agree with her. I used to have small arms but I was a carpenter/framer and challenged the biggest guy in the lumber yard to an arm wrestle in front of his co-workers who he used to bully around. Well, he lost every time and it wasn’t even a match. my arms were strong from hammering nails. lol Poor guy quit after a few weeks.
Hammering nails does not make you particularly strong. It does make you more durable. Lifting heavy weights is what does.
