And it’s also not in Hungary’s interests to be an EU puppet state.
Across Europe nationalist parties are on the rise (Italy, Hungary, Austria, etc.). And it has nothing to do with Putin. These parties are not Russian puppets. But they do have one thing in common. They hate the dictatorial nature of the EU.
E.U. crats are hypocritical and adept at dirty-dealing. China and Russia are united with them in shoving Paris Climate, Iran Nuke, and Palestine down our throats!
Germany is the one heading into Russia’s orbit. Poland and Romania understand this. Hungary needs to as well.
One of the reasons Trump amped up our trade war is Merkel’s decision to allow Russia’s NordStream 2 pipeline access - thereby soldifying Russia’s monopoly as Europe’s primary energy source.
Macron and Merkel also support Iran Nuke Deal alongside Putin. Macron signed a whole lot more economic agreements with Putin and Russian companies at the St. P econ forum than he ever has with us. All he does with us is criticize.
