They’re trying to equate it with a concentration camp.

The only things that might be out of the ordinary whatsoever for a migrant camp, is pornography (a few issues of Playboy in this case), and of course "restraints" on trees. That is really what the whole case rests upon. I don't think they are restraints for people at all, but a rather a hanger of some sort, to keep stuff off the ground.
