And what about the bakers in Oregon? Will this apply in any way?

Not sure. That's why so many people are calling this a "narrow" decision. I'll post the analysis from the folks at scotus blog once they have posted it.

If memory serves the human rights or civil rights, or whatever administrative body ruled in Oregon, also showed a strong degree of hostility towards Christians and Christianity. So if that is true this ruling would I think apply.

I think it will if the agency displayed similar bias in their questions and remarks in the original hearings the Oregon baker can sue to overturn on the same grounds as this one because the precedent has been set.
