That camp is right on border of Tohono Indian reservation which will not let wall on or National Guard enter.

So which law enforcement agency would have jurisdiction? They said Tucson PD was contacted and also said State Troopers had been there. Someone has to have jurisdiction for that location of that camp.

They said the camp is about a mile off of I-19.
I-19 is 30-40 miles east of the Tohono O’Odom reservation.
